By creating an account or using WarmPath, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

WarmPath is a relationship intelligence platform that helps professionals discover warm introduction pathways through their professional network. The service includes:

• Social/professional connections analysis and seed qualification
• Target contact discovery and relationship scoring
• Email integration for relationship strength analysis
• Messaging and introduction request management

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for spam, harassment, or unsolicited bulk messaging
• Upload data you do not have the right to share
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform
• Use the service in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the platform beyond normal use

5. Your Data

6. Third-Party Integrations

WarmPath integrates with third-party services (Google, Microsoft) via OAuth. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the respective third party's terms of service. You may disconnect integrations at any time from your account settings.

The WarmPath platform, including its design, code, algorithms, and documentation, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. Your right to use the platform is limited to the license granted in these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that introduction pathways will result in successful connections or business outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WarmPath shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
